Obamacare sign-up crash: what’s really behind it?

It’s easy to say the government always screws things up and, therefore, the crash of its Obamacare sign-up system is merely another example of gross incompetence.

But this is shortsighted. White House officials knew, months ago, the online site was an unmitigated disaster, and yet they let the train continue speeding down the track to its inevitable crackup.

To understand this, we need to go back to the opening salvo in the Obamacare drama.

To his advisors’ shock and surprise, Obama, taking office in 2009, announced that his first big move was going to be national health insurance.

His people assumed jobs would be the top priority. The nation was clamoring for a solution. People were out of work. Banks were foreclosing on homes. Families were in peril.

How could the President misread the national mood so badly? National health insurance? Now? Where the hell did that come from?

The 1993 track record of earlier efforts, headed by Hillary Clinton and her buffoon of a consultant, Ira Magaziner, had run aground, failed miserably, and stirred up considerable animosity.

Obama was going to lead with this again? Bring on a storm of contentious clashes in the Congress, the press, and the nation at large?

What was he thinking?

He wasn’t. A super-ambitious campaign on this issue had to come from somewhere else. Obama’s high-flying humanitarian rhetoric notwithstanding, the man was acting as an agent of change. An agent.

He was taking dictation.

And sure enough, he sank the country in a hostile grinding debate that persists to this day. Meanwhile, the economy and jobs went begging.

When the Obamacare bill finally passed, without anyone reading it, and when subsequent arm-twisting led the Supreme Court to call the individual mandate a tax (a transparently preposterous strategy), thus clearing the way for implementation, amid loud cries of fraud, there remained another opportunity for promoting disaster:

A system for enrollment that wouldn’t work, that would crash, that would look like a bevy of drunken idiots ($634 million richer) had put it together with scotch tape and a random number generator.

At a much high level of op, Obamacare was always invented chaos.

It was intended to be.

The target was America itself. As in destabilization.

This is a strategy as old as the hills.

In this case, the people in charge, behind the scenes, are Globalists (think Rockefeller, for starters). For over a hundred years, their objective has been the takedown of the United States, one of the strongest holdouts against a planetary management system, in which, ultimately, national borders are erased and individual countries cease to exist.

In 1971, David Rockefeller’s intellectual consigliere, Zbigniew Brzezinski wrote: “…[the] nation state as a fundamental unit of man’s organized life has ceased to be the principal creative force: International banks and multinational corporations are acting and planning in terms that are far in advance of the political concepts of the nation-state.”

The Matrix Revealed

Achieving such a goal, however, is not simply a matter of standing back and watching evolution take it course. It involves torpedoing major institutions, regardless of how well or poorly they are serving the public interest.

In other words: promote chaos at every possible opportunity.

The extreme oddness of choosing national health insurance as the first planned shot out of the White House, in 2009, was, at the most important level, an exercise in stirring the national pot with a multi-blade fan engine.

Chaos has several aims; among them: raising the level of frustration; dividing the populace; engendering heating conflicts; demoralizing citizens; producing a sense of helplessness; and rendering large numbers of people into a state of surrender and passivity.

It is a prelude to a New Order. A more heartless and repressive Order.

Obamacare is just one example among hundreds.

Operation Chaos has been targeting the United States for well over a hundred years.

Of the dozen or so possible first steps of a Presidency, Obama chose the one that would produce the most discord.

Because US presidents rarely mention Globalism and its tentacles and plans and organizations, it is assumed the issue isn’t of high importance.

But since the closing days of World War 2, (and, actually, much earlier), when members of the Rockefeller Council on Foreign Relations were tapped to write the blueprint for the United Nations, when the outline of the Marshall Plan was drafted, when the first serious meetings of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) were set in stone, every American President has looked the other way, when Globalism has reared its head.

That’s FDR all the way through to Obama.

And during that 70-year period, ops small, medium, and large have been launched to weaken the United States and entangle it in the Globalist framework.

For the two terms of Obama’s Presidency, national health insurance was chosen as a bare electric wire, to shock, stimulate, and magnify dormant hostilities throughout the country.

To the Globalists, the respective merits and flaws in a national healthcare system are of absolutely no concern. It is simply one more opportunity to “crash the system” and produce a hole in the fabric of national life.

For these men, the issue of Obamacare “has legs.” They will squeeze more out of it, for their own purposes, in the months and years ahead.

Mired in the quite serious and real pros and cons of a national health plan, people will miss the bigger picture and pass by it without a glance of recognition.

The manipulators don’t pick trivial issues. Distraction requires presenting people with forceful conflicts.

It requires the belief that events are what they seem and the motives behind them are clear and on the surface.

Say what you will about Canada: they live longer, have more retirement savings, and fewer dead babies. And if they have poverty and crime, it ain’t nothing like Detroit and Chicago. Yes, they pay taxes, but they get universal, affordable health insurance. They whine, but they don’t die in impoverished droves as we do. And LAPD is homegrown USA terrorism. As with most US cities where the pigs are jacked on psych meds or steroids. The FDA will burn in hell. Obama can suck my nose.

The US has (had) double the survival rate for NICU and advanced cancer and heart disease compared to the rest of the WORLD.

Single payer was the only way to go. This Obamacare is nothing but a giveaway to the insurance companies and a means to control the masses (as Jon suggests) by impoverishing us.

But more than anything it is kabuki theater… a diversion from something else. Maybe the fact that the system is crashing right in front of our eye, but we get so in to the show we forget to look around us.

Interesting take. I always felt that Wall St. was terrified by the idea of WW3 destroying suburbia and the motor car through high oil prices. What would the giant insurance companies do without the massive amounts of home and car insurance premiums every month? Hence a hugely inflated/mandated health insurance to replace what was lost.

However, there are countless means of separating the serfs from the products of their labor, so there is more to it than just the money.

  4. OzzieThinker says:

This is correct, Jon. The public purse has been bled dry by the industrialists who have decided US sovereignty will succeed to the United Nations. The United Nations concept was a rehash of the Woodrow Wilson League of Nations invention 1919. This, of course, was after he enabled the Schiff/Kunn Loeb funder Zionist attack on mother Russia in 1917. Watch out for 2017 and global “communism” (rebadged). Deeper question is, “is Obama the ear-marked Messiah and has anyone checked his genetics?”

    • Heather1983 says:

Correct: Woodrow took $10million out of a $100 million emergency war fund and gave it to the ZioBolsheviks who killed 103 million white Christian Ukranians, Russians and Armenians. $10 million then is $100 million today.

  5. Whether caused by genes, environment, training, or soul, the majority of humans seem quite willing to be slaves within their society, as long as their status within their local group is respected. They can’t see, grasp, or care about the big picture, so they fight endless little battles with their families, friends, and co-workers.

They will destroy their marriages and make their kids hate them in order to dominate their tiny domains, win at all costs, and be right about their singular view of the world, but they will not face or deal with what really enslaves them.

What they will do is complain endlessly. They will not do anything to alter course even if that is offered to them step by step. They will die miserable deaths and doom their children before they will meaningfully engage.

Those who have the initiative to alter course are seduced up the ranks of the system into positions of power, security, and reward to which they become addicted and thus themselves absolutely controllable. They then alter the course of the lives of others, but not towards freedom and well being. They now serve the system at their highest attainable level as “slave driver slaves” who seem powerful, free, and satisfied.

You Jon are one of the few people (not among the globalist insiders) who understands this and is willing and able to write about it clearly. You continue digging deeper to see what is driving the overt insanity of the world, which always has a covert logical purpose. It always feeds someone or something.

Normal humans think their leaders are either: benevolent parents and protectors; ignorant, blind and stupid; or that they are criminal con artists, – but each of these delusions works perfectly to foster exactly what those leaders intend to unfold. This requires generating chaos within the herd so the rulers can steer the inevitable stampede.

What is most amazing right now is that the media is allowing this to be talked about openly as long as it is from a position of hand wringing helplessness that makes human beings out as inherent sociopaths worthy of extinction for the good of Gaia. The mistaken unconscious logic is: Corporate leaders are sociopaths, leaders are all human, therefore all humans are sociopaths and deserve to suffer and die.

Victims tend to identify with their abusers (I am you) so as not to feel their own powerlessness, so this strategy works well, especially with the “human family” meme that “we’re all one,” and therefore in this together.

Below is a concise article by the BBC that lays out this “rule by chaos” agenda and its unfolding horrors for corporate profit in Africa. Its deceit is in claiming that DR Congo is “cursed by its wealth” rather than by Western predators that feed on it and by its leaders who betray it for $ (the one who didn’t got assassinated by the CIA).

The principles shown here apply everywhere. Naomi Klein’s “Shock Doctrine” is also instructive in this regard. The fact that all of this is now open and public tells us that the “powers” who rule the elite believe that humanity is now brainwashed and “soulwashed” to the point of oblivious abject submission.

That is why you Jon are still alive to tell this much truth. I’m glad, purely for my own pleasure at your (electron mediated) company.

Health care?? Hahahah, what a joke! Health care is eliminating immunizations, eating organic foods, stopping chemical spraying of our skies, get industrial waste from our water, including chlorine, arrest Monsanto officials, stop the government from creating disease such as Lyme, HIV, EBV, CMV, and mycoplasma and dumping them on the American people. I could go on….

Really!?!? Everything is a conspiracy on the web!

As a senior software engineer I can tell you what a major part of the Obamacare system problems is; employment of bad technical expertise, which has become increasingly common over the years with so many Republican lunatics demanding that government agencies and the like slit their financial throats to satisfy stupendously arrogant and ignorant elected officials who are more interested in promoting psychopathic ideologies over good governance and efficient mechanisms.

As the article at the link below demonstrates, quality IT has been one of the ongoing major issues for government agencies…

    <<<

This will not get repaired until the US government is completely restructured with competent leaders who are not tied to ideologies and ridiculous business interests.

It is true that there are many in the Republican party along with many lackey Democrats who want to sell the United States off to the trans-national corporations as is currently being attempted with the Trans-Atlantic Partnership. However, the failure and\or issues with the current Obamacare registration system are more a reflection of utter incompetence than anything as nefarious as setting up such a system to fail on purpose…

    • Christine b says:

I, too, used to give them the benefit of the doubt. Are they merely incompetent or corrupt? Corrupt all the way. They rely on our ability to tolerate the appearance of incompetence. We shrug our shoulders, shake our and hope they get themselves together and stop wasting billions. They never do. It is all intentional even if that means they intentionally hire incompetent losers. Most likely nepotism fits in there somewhere.

    • Sean says:

Never doubt a “senior software engineer.” :+)

    • KW says:

Did you even read the article?

Do you really beleave that the so called “parties” really mean anything significant?
This party vs party blame game is not real. Is is purely a distraction, a subterfuge.
There is no real party vs party viewpoint, it’s Washing, it’s all the same.

And a convient way for the president to do a misdirection “blame” card.
It’s a lie, and untruth and he known’s it.
He uses this all the time in his speeches. Just look at a recent one on Youtube or something and he will try to say: “it’s all the xxx parties fault”, “if it were not for those xxx it would be done by now”, and the most evil one of them all “it’s us vrs those xxx’es” (the biggest lie here being that he is “on your side” when nothing could be further from the truth.

Although agreeable that there is an an inordinate amount of incompent bafoons in our government at many levels.
And also agreed what our government needs is a essentailly a “reboot”.

Finally it’s a lot worse then just some technical incompence as you say.
In particular the president called this a “reform” (a like if there ever was one).
There is nothing “reform” about it. That would require him to actually go to the root of the problem and solve it.
What he did is just tack yet more garbage (plus kickbacks to insurance companies, etc.) to what was already a big mess.
Note also that this was supposed to be a comprehensive “reform” at that but he didn’t touch the governments own free healthcare system.

Finally what it didn’t “fix” (a part of the word “reform”) was the most obvious thing why people would want it reformed in the first place. Like didn’t he/they actually stop and ask people what needed to be fixed?
Health insurance, combined with the medical/hospital system, is to expensive for most Americans to reasonably afford.

      • Steve Naidamast says:

So far everything you have said concerning my comment tends to agree with it.

The idea that the Affordable Care Act was some type of conspiracy to screw the American people is a little far-fetched to me simply by its sheer complexity and its subsequent stupidity in providing more benefit to the insurance companies than the people who actually need it.

Yes, there is a conspiracy in government to screw the public but it is not so much a conspiracy but more a reflection of the sheer greed and incompetence that is rampant in the government.

Information Technology in of itself as an industry is monstrously corrupt simply by the sheer dollars floating around in it and you can’t get anything of quality done whether it is in government or the private sector.

The web-site in question has issues which are derived from the overwhelming complexity of the policy, which is what fostered the development requirements. That is how software is created. We don’t create software and then ask for the requirements.

The fact that so many people are having trouble with the site is just a result of incompetence all around beginning with the overall policy itself…

  9. Adam says:

Lucid as ever, Jon. You leave the other pundits in the dust. ACA – not particularly clever as a means to their end; just a brute impression of the classic Hegelian dialect, on steroids!

  10. Sean says:

Gerald Celente pointed out that the Obamacare phone number is 1-800-FUCK-YOU. I’m sure it’s just another mistake. LOL

  13. Howard Dean (democrat) says obalmycare is a bailout of the insurance companies in return for bribes (contributions) they paid out to BOTH democrats and republicans. That’s why republicans only put up token resistance to it.

What industry wouldn’t want the government to force 50,000,000 people to become customers overnight?

Of course, all these “conservatives” didn’t bitch when auto insurance became mandatory. This is largely modeled after that.

it is really hard to believe what kind of irresponsible people are dealing with so serious matters. http://insuranceexchangehq.com/obamacare-website-jokes/

How about the multi-hundred-million dollar NO BID contracts given to Obama donors?
I know this won’t surprise anyone, but that is where the half a billion dollars in contracts went.

Does anyone still think the unaffordable care act is about giving you free healthcare? It isn’t. It is about power and control–and giving hundreds of millions of dollars in contracts to friends of the president.
