If somebody said to you, “You know, the US needs to give Russia more uranium, it’s really important, it should be a matter of policy,” you’d shake your head and think you’d just run into one more bit of insane logic in an insane world.

But that’s pretty much what happened.

A Canadian billionaire named Frank Giustra was at the center of it, and so was his new best friend, Bill Clinton, and Bill’s wife Hillary, and there was a piece of payback that involved the Clinton Foundation.

Here’s the short version.

September 2005—Billionaire Frank and Bill fly to Kazakhstan and meet with the President, Nursultan Nazarbayev. Bill, of course, is a deal-maker supreme.

Suddenly, Frank and his little nowhere uranium company, UrAsia, obtain the rights to a whole lot of uranium in Kazakhstan. Boom. The international mining community is shocked.

Days after the windfall trip, Frank donates $30 million to the Clinton Foundation.

Two years later, Frank and Bill form a charitable partnership organization, to which Frank pledges $100 million.

Also two years later (2007), Frank turns around and sells his uranium company to an outfit called Uranium One, for a whopping $3.1 billion.

Uranium One is a Russian-Canadian company. Well, it was. A Russian company, ARMZ, bought a controlling interest in it, and that complicated deal was finalized in 2010.

A number of government entities had to okay the deal, and apparently one of those entities was the US State Department, led by Hillary Clinton. There is some controversy on this point, but if we take 2010 as the correct year for sealing the ARMZ deal, Hillary was, in fact, Secretary of State. The final-final ARMZ appropriation of Uranium One occurred in 2013, and multiple US agency heads had to chime in on the approval, including the US Secretary of State. Hillary surely had a voice at the table.

Then in 2013… ARMZ was bought out by Rosatom, a full-fledged state-owned Russian company (Russia’s State Atomic Energy Company). Rosatom handles all nuclear matters for the Russian government, from weapons to reactors.

So Rosatom ended up with the uranium. Russia got the uranium.

The Matrix Revealed

Frank Giustra ended up with billions of dollars.

Bill Clinton ended up with a new charitable partner, Frank, who was pledging at least $100 million.

And the Clinton Foundation ended up with $30 million, donated by Frank.

How sweet it was.

Chisel-chisel, pump-dump, donate-donate, one hand washing the other with uranium, and the Clintons keep saving the world.

Where would we be without them?

This remind’s me of the wheeling and dealing of “oil deals” that Greg Palast details his book Vultures’ Pinic.

    Thanks for the article.

Bill Clinton may have received charitable funding from Canadian PM Brian Mulroney or his Educator Advisor, Douglas Wright — then Pres/Chancellor of the University of Waterloo, on the Board of RIM and COMDEV — in the early nineties in order to obstruct justice by blocking a DOJ investigation of the University of Waterloo for NIH fraud.

Even though there was peer review from M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, the University of Waterloo was more interested in committing NIH scholarship fraud than finding the answers to cancer.

In short, for his campaign funding from Canadian sources, former Pres. Clinton may have obstructed justice and helped to block cancer breakthroughs (see ). And Hillary now has a campaign claiming to be for the people.

Does Hillary care if people die of cancer or she is rich? Some one should ask her if she thinks blocking cancer research is in America’s best interest. The Clintons and their Canadian connections run deep.

Like if they do not know how to cure cancer. They have known for a long time how to cure cancer, but they make too much money with chemotherapy.
Plus, they can kill more of us….is it’s not the goal, depopulation? Giving money for cancer research is throwing your money away.

What I would like to see, would be a group of independent researchers who would try to figure out what is causing all those cancers. Although we already have many clues: GMO, Fluoride, Chemtrails, vaccines…etc.

        Nah…mary monkey.
Simian virus 1 to 51, SV40 its the cracker. We have all been vaccinated for it. It sits inside of us waiting for the opportunity.
Stress the immune system long enough with Gmo’s, halogens, SRM, nutrient deficiency, and world wide epidemic of vitamin d deficiency. Pertroleum chemistry breaking down the blood brain barrier. Gut probiotics ruined, affecting everything from seratonin production, to vitamin mineral uptake. PH all fucked.
Keep everybodys stress level at 110%. And fear keeps the sphincter facter at 9.5.
Cancer is the bodies rebellion against attrition.
But then…I could be batshit crazy.

Billary and the jazz player…the dynamic duo. They give a new definition to the word e-v-i-l. Off course they are both dyslexic. And see it different.
I’ll bet anyone in the house, $1000 that billy’s squeeze is the next prez.
Jeb’s there to make it a done deal. A third bush…I dont think so.
Besides she’s got bigger balls than of them.
Oh for the old days, and Mena, and Barry. And snow, snow, snow.

Exactly. You are far from being batshit crazy. It is well known that cancer. viruses and bacterias can oly live in a pH acidic body.

This is why I maintain my pH level slightly alkaline.
Ideal pH is slightly alkaline – 7.30 to 7.45. You can test your pH levels regularly by using a piece of litmus paper in your saliva or urine .

You don’t think the next monarch of this country won’t come from the House of Bush? (lol). I think this royal dynasty is trying to rival the old House of York (1461-1485: King’s Edward IV, Edward V & Richard III).

You see what how tyrannical and oppressive this executive branch of government has become – I’ve become delusional that I’m living in a monarchy! (lol)

Nah…now we are going to get a real man in office. We finished with the cartoon characters. Yosemitey Sam was the last bush….G Wjah.
            It’s the hawk hillary…
It’ll be forced circumcision. And relentless pretentious feminism. They sure know what buttons to push. Watch how she molds the run up to the election.
I always suspected she was the real power behind the dynamic duo.

…and all the while, that little weasel Tommy Humphreys was so busy blowing Frank Giustra he didn’t realize he was being used — or maybe he did.
(FYI, Tommy Humphreys did interviews with Frank designed to show Frank as a great and generous, selfless human being only interested in helping his fellow man.)

  4. Greg Osborne says:

Killary and Slick Willie are the Bonnie and Clyde of American politics. They’ve strewn bodies from The Boys On The Tracks in Arkansas to American diplomats in Benghazi.

Throughout their personal and professional lives, they have blazed an epic trail of crime across this country and the world. Like typical career criminals who have been lucky enough to not get caught or do serious time for their actions, they have dodged so many [legal] bullets that they have a sense of invincibility about themselves. Like other grand American “institutions”, they believe they are “too big to fail”, that they are somehow above the law. They have twisted the definition of “service to humanity” into insane Hieronymus Bosch-like proportions.

And all for the gratification of their egos and bank accounts.

We are in deep, deep trouble when a significant majority of Americans and the Corporate Media still hold these lowlifes up as a legitimate source of leadership.

  5. Yep, and good ‘ol Bill’s part in helping to spread something infectious (we call it “AIDS”, today) to the rest of the population by selling bad blood donated by needle drug users in prison for life sentences!

Just a wonderful and wholesome family we have here.

  6. Book #1: “Sellout: The Inside Story of President Clinton’s Impeachment” Paperback – 2001
Few paid any attention, and it wasn’t about sex.

    If Hillary gets elected:
Book #2: “Sellout: The Inside Story of President Clinton’s Impeachment Paperback – 201?
Considered as a whole; we’re very stupid folks.

  7. ozziethinker says:

Ah the power of rebranding – owners, governments and laws are fickle beasts.

    Good post, Jon

  8. Bill S. Dog says:

If I understand it well, a Canadian buys a Uranium Mine Company in Kazakhstan and later sells it to a Russian Company. Why had US agencies need to “chime in” on those deals? Did I miss something? Canada being a US State? Kazakhstan a US protectorate? Russia a US colony?

    • ozziethinker says:

Had to think about that & I think you are right even if Jon did not see it (which he probably did). Or rather, the US “administers” that illusion. Does it have any power at all (if structures deem it no longer suits their purposes)?
